From Long Life to Eternal Life: Resurrection, Translation, and the End of the Lifespan Arc

In the previous episode, we traced the dramatic decline of human lifespan from Adam to Abraham in the Book of Genesis, chapters 5 through 11. That arc—from centuries of life to a rapid collapse after the Flood—raises a deeper question. If humanity was created for long life, and if sin steadily stripped that life away, how does God intend to restore what was lost?
